  1. Cukup 480 gram tepung terigu protein sedang (me : segitiga biru).
  2. Siapkan 55 gram gula Castor (me : gula pasir).
  3. Cukup 150 gram telur kocok (me : 3 butir me ambil putihnya dikit).
  4. Siapkan 8 gram garam.
  5. Cukup 6 gram ragi instan.
  6. Siapkan 100 cc air (me : air suhu ruang).
  7. Siapkan 55 cc minyak goreng.
  8. Siapkan 1 butir telur untuk olesan dan wijen secukupnya ( me : wijen hit.

Challah Bread - braided loaf bread with a gorgeous golden brown exterior and a supple interior. A perfect holiday or everyday spread. Rich, slightly sweetened and easy to make, too. For sweeter challah bread, use more sugar.
