Resep 80. Miso Gluten Free Ramen
- Cukup 1 sdm jahe cincang halus/parut.
- Cukup 5 siung bawang putih cincang halus/parut.
- Siapkan 1 sdm minyak wijen.
- Cukup 1 sdm gula kelapa / gula pasir.
- Siapkan 1 sdt chilli bean paste.
- Sediakan 3 sdm miso putih.
- Cukup 1 sdm bubuk wijen putih (hancurkan dgn ulegan sampai agak halus kasar).
- Sediakan 900 ml air biasa.
- Siapkan 4 sdm bubuk kaldu (saya pakai kaldu dashi/kaldu ikan).
- Siapkan 200 gr udang peci (100 gr di cincang halus, 100 gr untuk topping).
- Sediakan secukupnya bubuk merica putih.
- Sediakan sejumput garam (kalau kurang asin).
- Sediakan secukupnya daun bawang.
- Cukup Mie Gluten Free (saya pakai kwetiaw beras).
- Siapkan Topping.
- Siapkan Telur ramen (lihat resep).
- Sediakan lembar Nori.
- Cukup Wortel (sudah direbus dan di potong panjang halus).
- Sediakan edamame (sudah direbus).
- Cukup udang (tumis).
